I have loved your blog since the moment I have found it! Ireland is one place I have never been and the one place I have been dreaming about since I was just a little thing. The picture you just posted is breathtaking. I cannot even believe that it is real. How I would love to plop a cottage in the middle of that field! I look forward to reading about hay ice cream!

Great picture…is it Benbulben. I was born in Sligo, under that mountain. Will be visiting my home country in Sept….can’t wait.
